We purchase land for cash. For small transactions, we can often complete the transaction without escrow or real estate agents and their associated fees. This enables us to close quickly, typically handing over a check at the same time the seller signs the deed.
For larger or more complicated tansactions, or at the sellers request, we can complete the transaction using established escrow companies.
